A Perfect Union
Ceremony: Holy Rosary Church, Little Italy
Reception: Acacia Reservation
Photography: Della Terra
This garden-inspired wedding featured an eclectic mix of centerpiece styles & textures, featuring birch-wrapped bouquets bound with twine, burlap runners, mercury glass, single stem vases, footed vessels, & birch garden pots of varying sizes. We were very happy to hear later the florals & event styling were a big hit with the bride's mother's garden club friends!
Enduring Love
Ceremony: Saint Thomas More Parish
Reception: Tremont City Side Ballroom
Photography: Marina Claire (marinaclaireandco)
The skies may have been cloudy the day of this mid-October wedding, but the love of this long-time couple was palpable - you could feel it in the air & see it on their faces. The romantic garden theme played out in shades of marsala, ivory, blush & rose gold with yummy, dinner plate dahlias & lots of roses.
Down by the Riverside
Ceremony & Reception: The Music Box Supper Club
Photography: Making the Moment
Held in The Flats in what has become one of Cleveland's most iconic night spots & neighborhoods, the refined ivory & jade green florals at the center of this wedding serve as the perfect counterpoint to rustic vibe of this former center of industry.
A Creekside Wedding
Ceremony & Reception: Sapphire Creek Winery
Photography: Susie Marie Photography
The color palette & bridal bouquet for this October wedding were inspired by the wedding of Meghan Markle & Prince Harry & proved to soften the autumn color in the grove of birch trees surrounding the Sapphire Creek Winery & Gardens.
A Bohemian Rhapsody
Ceremony: Bethany Presbyterian Church
Reception: Spice Kitchen + Bar
Photography: Carlyn K Photography
Taken in & around Gordon Square, these wonderful photographs perfectly capture the loving & spontaneous nature of this bride & groom. The marigold, cranberry, white & pale blue flowers & textures helped set the stage for the wedding's boho vibes.
A Woodland Wedding
Ceremony & Reception: Mohican State Park
Photography: Jason Thomas Crocker
In the golden hour: the florals for this impromptu union in the wilds of the Mohican State Park were a win with the bride & groom & perfectly encapsulated the colors & textures of this late fall wedding.
A Midsummer Night's Dream
Ceremony & Reception: The Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Old Arcade
Photography: Jenibenz
The bountiful & gardeny florals of this July wedding were the embodiment of this gracious & giving bride & groom. His argyle socks were also a copacetic riff on the ivory, celadon, & pale blue theme. Overall, the florals were a great addition to the elegant, historic location. The five-story arcade with its 300-foot glass skylight & four balconies opened in 1890 & was America's first indoor shopping mall & Cleveland's first building to be listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
A Late Summer Fete
Ceremony & Reception: Private Residence, Gates Mills
Photography: Kim Ponsky
As seen through the photographer's lens, the dahlia-driven florals for this late summer wedding were the perfect accessory for this outdoor wedding. The bride & groom said their vows with a stone-lined pond & rustic tea house as a backdrop & dined inside a tent strung with cafe lights. They rounded out the evening dancing with fireflies beneath starry skies.
A Farmstead Wedding
Ceremony & Reception: the Historic Conrad Botzum Farmstead, Cuyahoga Valley

The instructions were orange, bright green, & navy blue. With such strident colors, the challenge here would be softening the palette. We succeeded with the inclusion of lots of texture & tendrils, bringing this 150-year-old barn to life for this elegant bride. The wedding endured high humidity, a downpour, a chorus of cicadas &, after night fell, an orchestra of croaking bullfrogs. All in all, it was an event-filled evening enjoyed by all!

Shades of Raspberry & Marine Blue
Ceremony & Reception: The Shaker Heights Country Club
Photography: Kim Ponsky
Though the bride's bouquet deviated from the wedding's overall color palette, the ceremony & wedding decor consisted of flowers in shades of raspberry & marine blue layered with lots of texture. There were woven willow chargers on the tables & turquoise ceramic lanterns & a mix of votives in silver, turquoise & clear glass that lent a lovely glow to the event space & verandah once night fell.
Between Raindrops
Ceremony & Reception: Private Residence, Moreland Hills
Photography: C. B. Kaiser
Set in the groom's mother's back garden in early summer, the nuptial decor was designed to reflect the wisteria vines twining the gazebo. Thankfully, the wisteria wasn't in bloom, as it would have totally foiled the 'citrus'nspiration. Though the wedding guests had to contend with raindrops that came & went, the skies cleared just in time for the outdoor ceremony & brought tears to everyone's eyes.
Red Hot Summer
Ceremony & Reception: Private Residence
Photography: Steven Mastroianni
These photos from Steven Mastroianni Fine Art perfectly captured the whimsy of this colorful summer wedding. Set in the bride's parents' wonderfully landscaped property complete with ponds, a gazebo, & cutting gardens, the decor featured a mix of centerpiece styles. While most of the florals were designed in our studio, those for the card table, gift table & bar were created from flowers we cut from the gardens. What fun!
Lucky in Love
Ceremony & Reception: Cleveland Marriott Downtown, Key Tower
Photography: Unknown
In Chinese tradition, the color red is considered lucky & also signifies love, happiness, & prosperity. From the red bridal bouquet, a must in Chinese weddings, to the centerpieces - each decorated with the Chinese symbol for Double Happiness - to the wedding arch also topped with the symbol, this red & white wedding was filled with tradition. The wedding may have been contemporary looking, but the bride also wanted something rustic. The wedding arch constructed of saplings lashed together, hung with sheers & draped in flowers added a bit of rustic romance to the otherwise contemporary setting.
In the Butterfly Garden
Ceremony & Reception: The Holden Arboretum

The landscape may have been a bit soggy & there may have been more raindrops than butterflies, but it did not dampen the mood of this lovely wedding. Though the sun never showed her face, the sky did clear for photos, allowing for this charming capture of the bride & her best gal skipping down a rain-soaked path in their wellies.
